Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item/s to us in its original condition and all tags intact within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (minus delivery charge). Please also note that for hygiene reasons all underwear and leggings are not returnable. When trying on items of clothing, please make sure that they do not come in contact with anything that may mark or add scent to them, for e.g. Perfume, deodorant, smoke etc. We will be unable to accept any returned item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been adhered to. The item/s must be returned to us by post enclosed with the return note stating the purpose of return and any other enclosed documentation. If you have lost your return note, just simply enclose a piece of paper with your order details and name.
We do not provide pre-paid postal return, so when sending an item/s back it is your responsibility that it reaches us safely and within the return time frame. We will not allocate time to locate missing parcels if you do not possess relevant tracking details, or if you have not included your return form complete with name/order number. We recommend that you send item/s back using a recorded delivery service that insures you the value of the goods. Please keep all proof of postage safe until you receive your refund. All products purchased from ladynightwear.com must only be returned to us by post. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. This is outside of our control. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed. We will only refund the same card from which the original payment was taken from, if your card has expired since payment was made please make sure you let us know your new details. You will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm the refund.
Unfortunately we do not provide exchange service at the moment. By sending back unwanted item(s) or faulty one(s) you can make a fresh order.
Faulty/ Incorrect Items
Although all products are rigorously inspected before dispatch mistakes can still be made. If the item(s) you received is faulty or not what you purchased, then proceed with the return by filling out the return form found within your parcel with 1) clear customer name, customer order number and reason for return. You have 14 days from receipt to return it to back to us.
Delivery costs ( if you have paid any) will also be refunded if the product dispatched is faulty or if the wrong item were to be received.
In the case that you are returning a faulty item and require your postage costs refunded, we require a copy of the postage receipt which clearly states the amount paid by the sender. A copy of this can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or enclosed with the returned parcel. We will only refund standard shipping costs and will not pay for express/special shipping or any other additional insurance costs. We will only refund the postage costs for the faulty item. If you choose to send other items back in the same parcel, we will divide the shipping costs by however many items are in the parcel and pay whatever it equals. Refunds of this nature are paid by cheque, only after the faulty item has been received by our returns department and our returns department have found there to be a manufacturing fault with the product. Cheques are made payable to the billing name on the order and cannot be made payable to anyone else. We do not offer postage refunds if the correct garment care instructions have not been adhered to or if the garments faults are in line with normal wear and tear.
